This is a modern apartment hotel composed of 17 small apartments each 40 square metres in size, available both as a hotel and a residence. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include a hotel safe and a TV lounge.
